WHEN EXPERIENCE MATTERS! I have been practicing personal injury law for 25 years. So, experience is what I have. Over those 25 years, I have handled thousands of personal injury victim’s claims and I have recovered millions of dollars on behalf of those victims. I am devoted to obtaining the best results for my clients. I practice mainly in the northwest valley of Phoenix, in the Peoria, Glendale, Surprise and Sun City areas but I will handle personal injury cases anywhere in Arizona.

Before I started on own firm, DJS Accident Law, PC, I worked for a larger personal injury firm here in Phoenix for the first 19 years of my legal career. This allowed me to gain much-needed knowledge to timely and efficiently handle your personal claim.

I received my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in finance from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1994. Creighton University is also where I attended law school receiving my Juris Doctor degree in 1998. I was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1998 and I am also licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court of Arizona.

My father was a career Army officer and my mom was a school teacher. I had the unique opportunity of living in Seoul, South Korea for two years and visiting Japan as a child when my father was on his military hardship tour abroad. In 1982, the family moved to Sierra Vista, Arizona where I went to school through high school and where my mother still resides. So, I have some southern Arizona roots.

My wife is a school teacher and my step-daughter is attending college. I never had a dog as a child or until I met my wife – now I have a pack of four. I enjoy donating to charities which help protect and support our four-legged friends as they cannot protect themselves. I also enjoy staying in shape by working out and I have successfully completed two marathons and several Tough Mudder events.
